Bio: Bill McGrane has been practicing law in San Francisco, California, since he was admitted to the bar in December 1973. He has successfully tried commercial cases involving as much as several hundreds of millions of dollars to civil juries, civil judges sitting without juries, arbitration panels, as well as bankruptcy courts. These cases have encompassed virtually every aspect of civil litigation, including contract disputes, corporate governance disputes, partnership disputes, securities disputes, intellectual property disputes, real estate disputes, professional malpractice disputes, and bankruptcy-related disputes of all kinds.
After serving an apprenticeship first with one of the largest San Francisco firms and then with a litigation boutique, Bill has been a partner in law firms owned or managed by himself since 1979.
